After a general review of your website and confirming pricing, we need WordPress admin and domain access. From there, everything is hands-off for you. We can also coordinate with your IT provider if they control any of this for you.

What if my website gets hacked?

It’s not often that this happens, but it can. If your website gets hacked, we clean it up free of charge.

Do I pay monthly?

Most hosting packages are billed every six months. We do not charge an onboard fee, so unless we are quoting for a large # of accounts, you would be billed every six months.

Do you offer email accounts with my hosting plan?

We do not offer email accounts. We can refer you to an IT partner if you need help setting up or migrating your email accounts.

However, we handle the email notifications sent out by your website, such as notifications from website forms.

Do you offer security features (SSL certificate, firewall, etc.)?

Absolutely. Every website we host comes standard with a free SSL certificate, a website firewall, and additional security setup to help harden your website.

Do you offer backup or recovery services if something goes wrong with my website?

We retain three types of backups at any given time for at least the past thirty days. You may contact our helpdesk anytime to restore a backup, free of charge.
